How do I place an online order?

Review your program requirements

Before ordering, make sure you know which garments, colors, and styles are required for your program.

We highly recommend trying on your scrubs before ordering to ensure the correct size and fit. Call us to schedule a fitting. No refunds or exchanges.

Select Your Program & Options

Select the category from the website, then choose the garments required for your program. Select your:

  • Size
  • Program
  • Required color
  • Quantity

Add to cart & checkout

Add your items to your cart and complete checkout. During checkout, you will be able to select your available fulfillment option, including pickup or shipping.

Pick-up & Shipping

Order Processing

Your order will be ready within 1–2 weeks. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup or shipping details. Thank you for your patience!

Policies

All items purchased through the BC Nursing Program & Fundraiser are custom-made, and all sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of these items and limited storage space, orders must be picked up within 180 days of completion or notification of availability. Any order that remains unclaimed after 180 days will be considered abandoned.

Central Custom Embroidery Designs reserves the right to dispose of, donate, or otherwise remove abandoned merchandise without providing a refund, credit, replacement, or other compensation. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be provided for abandoned orders.

Please note that garments and other items may be discontinued, modified, or become unavailable over time.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that unclaimed orders may be considered abandoned after 180 days.

Discontinued or unavailable?

Some scrub styles may be discontinued or become unavailable by the manufacturer. We strongly recommend visiting our store to try on your scrubs before placing your order.

If you are unable to visit and have previously purchased a scrub top from us, please call or text us before ordering so we can confirm that the same style is still available.

If a selected style is discontinued or unavailable, we will replace it with the closest available option. Please note that fit, length, and sizing may vary between styles.

All custom scrub sales are final.

When can I come in to try on uniforms?

Try-On Uniforms

We highly recommend texting our store at (661) 370-1432 before visiting to let us know your preferred date and time or to schedule an appointment. Our hours may occasionally change due to unexpected meetings or other circumstances.

Try-On Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 10:30 AM–3:30 PM
  • Friday: 10:30 AM–1:00 PM
